Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as merchandise is in original condition and not worn (*). Please send returns and exchanges using the following procedure:

1. Contact Gallery Mystique via email at returns@gallerymystique.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will receive a RAN via email reply within 24 hours of request.
2. Write the RAN on the outside of the shipping box. For example, "RAN 16".
3. Include all return or exchange information inside the box.
4. Ship your package via a trackable carrier as Gallery Mystique is not responsible for return or exchange items until received at the address below.
5. Your package should be sent to:
